Notice of 2010 Annual Business Meeting
and
Neighborhood Gathering
Neighborhood Gathering, Sunday September 12th
Please join us on Sunday, September 12th (rain date Sunday, September 19th) from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Maplewood Drive. The meeting place is the midpoint of the street, in front of 228 Maplewood. The Association’s constitution calls for an annual meeting. In addition to the order of business, the gathering is an opportunity to introduce new and long-term residents to one another.
Maplewood Drive will be blocked at Grand River and Roseland from 3:30 – 6:30 p.m. to accommodate the gathering. Bring your lawn chair and a dish to share. Hot dogs will be provided courtesy of Nancy Knupfer of Tomie Raines Realtors. The Association will be providing beverages, condiments, ice, plates, napkins and utensils. Bringing a dish to share is welcomed but not required.
This is a family affair. Activities for all ages will be provided. Entertainment for the kids will be provided from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Bring Your New Neighbors
Established residents, please tell our new neighbors that we are looking forward to their attendance.
Pay Your Dues
Annual dues are $20 per household. Dues can be paid at the meeting. If you cannot attend the annual meeting, please mail or drop off your check (payable to Brookfield Heritage Neighborhood Association) to our treasurer: Janice Bernsten, 184 Maplewood Drive. Thanks!
