Our Brookfield neighborhood annual picnic / meeting is Sunday, September 14th 2025 from 4:00-6:00 p.m.
The rain date is Sunday, September 21, 2024, same time. In addition to being a required meeting, the gathering is an opportunity to introduce new and long-term residents to one another and have a neighborhood picnic with shared food. This year, we developed a different picnic/meeting format after learning our cash-strapped city was charging $260 to provide barricades for the street. To avoid this expense, the picnic/meeting instead will be held on Oakland Drive at the homes of Denise Moore, Diana Yount and Kelly & Mark Warner (252, 262 and 274 Oakland Drive, respectively). We look forward to seeing you there!
The picnic part goes from 4-5pm, and the annual meeting segment will begin at 5pm.
