If you participate in the discussion list, you have the option to suppress your email address from the list directory available to other list members, but if you submit a message to the list then your email address will become known to list members. Email you send to the discussion list is archived and available to the members of the discussion list and includes your email address.
Your contact information provided to the discussion list is not transferred to the neighborhood directory, but must be provided separately for that purpose.
Your contact information will not be sold or distributed otherwise.
What rights you have over your data
If you request, we will delete your contact information provided to join the discussion list, but any prior messages that you have submitted will not be deleted.
